  Awful Awful Service. Booked in for a cut and colour-after telling them at the time of booking that my hair was long. Went for the appointment , they told me they can't offer both services as my hair was too long and enough time was not booked!
  
  Opted for the cut and arranged to come back the following week for the colour.
  
  Went in for the colour, was told the colourist was running about 20 mins late as 'there was an accident on the motorway'. I said I would walk around town and they could call me when she gets in. Got a vm 10 mins later saying the colourist is not going to come in and if I would like another lady colourist to do my hair (not as qualified as the one that was due to do my hair). Called the salon back to kindly decline as by this point I had enough, but the call went through to a central operator, explained the situation to the operator and told them I didn't want any further services from them and didn't want to pursue anything nor do I want anyone getting in trouble.
  
  A few days later one of the branch managers called (operator must have told them about my situation), apologising and offering the colour service for free. I asked if I could have it at another branch as I was upset by the level of service at the Epsom branch, he said he would check and let me know.
  
  No phone call returned to let me know so I called a few days later and the girl at reception explained that they couldn't offer the service at another branch and it had to be at Epsom. I said that's fine,she told me earliest appointment was the coming Sunday but she needed to check something and would call me back. 2 months later still waiting for the phone call!!
  
  Complete disrespect for their customers, spend your money elsewhere!
